Full Steam Ahead!

It finally arrived – in a blue container!

Our steam boiler was delivered in early May. When you run a distillery in an old gunpowder works, it only seems fitting to honour tradition and use steam.

With the boiler, we'll be able to heat our still, once the district heating has done its part. (After all, it does take some time to warm up 6,000 litres!)
