Time to start production



After a bit of administrative hassle, we’re finally up and running with production — three weeks later than planned, but who’s really keeping track? In the meantime, we’re still fine-tuning the flavours. Everything needs to be absolutely spot on before we press the button and run 6,000 litres. No one wants to discover any “oops” flavours on that scale.


Michael Holstein dropped by to make sure all the settings were dialled correctly in before the run. An enjoyable and productive visit. And Akila — our still — truly shows her full power when she’s operating at full tilt. You can’t help but take a respectful step back when she gets going.
