Distillery Equipment and the Mysterious World of Yeast

In January, we begin specifying the requirements for our stills and other distillation equipment to bring our Swedish rum to life. We also studied the Swedish alcohol legislation in detail as we prepared our application for a serving license for private events.


A series of applications are being submitted to the relevant authorities, and while we await their responses, we delve deeper into the fascinating and mysterious world of yeast.
